For over twenty years, Family Worship Center has been actively involved in mission projects, especially in the Philippines.  In 1992 FWC established a Bible college on the island of Leyte, Philippines - World Evangelism Bible College, Philippines.  WEBC held its inaugural class in October of 1994.  Some one hundred twenty pastors enrolled in that inaugural class.  Since that time, the college has continued to thrive, and several hundred churches have been started throughout the world by its graduates.

The purpose and mission of World Evangelism Bible College is to be a non-denominational/ interdenominational education and training center:

• For the education and training of pastors, evangelists, missionaries, children's workers, youth pastors, and worship leaders
• For planting indigenous churches throughout the Philippines, beginning in the local area and working outward
• For giving assistance to the needy through food, clothing, and medical distribution, and providing wells and pumps
• For sending missionaries throughout Asia
