What denomination are you affiliated with?

Family Worship Center is a non-denominational church that believes in salvation by faith in Jesus Christ and what He did on the cross, the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, and the rapture of the bride of Christ.  We believe it is the nature of Jesus to love and forgive our fellow man, and that as His children we should seek to have a heart after His example.  Our congregation is made up of people from all backgrounds, washed and cleansed in the blood of Jesus.

Although we do not consider ourselves denominational, we are affiliated with Christ Fellowship International, an association of churches and ministers.  CFI is commited to helping ministers communicate and fellowship with other ministers not only here in the United States, but also abroad in such countries as India and the Philippines.  More information on this organization is available at www.cfi-acm.com.

What kind of music do you play?

As stated in our welcome, our worship is informal and spontaneous, but led by the Holy Spirit. Our musical style encompasses decades, but is always intended and designed to lead the congregation into the presence of God.  Examples can be downloaded and CDs purchased at our music page. 

What services do you have for my children?

We have Nursery for ages 0-3, and Sunday school classes for ages 4-12, except on every first Sunday of the month when the children are given the opportunity to participate in the main Missions Sunday service.  For detailed information, please visit our Ministries links to the left.

Our youth group, Spoken For, is for ages 13 and up, and meets every Wednesday at 7pm during adult service. Spoken For's leadership provides a safe place for teens to grow closer to God as they are shown love and acceptance into a group or peers whose foremost desire is to worship God with their hearts and lives.  Spoken For has their own page at www.fwcspokenfor.org, and meets every first and third Friday for special music and preaching designed for their age group.

Is your church involved in missions?

Yes!  FWC is a world evangelism church.  Our pastor, Isaac Walker, is also the missions director for CFI.  We support pastors and orphans in Indonesia and the Philippines, as well as help build churches across the world.  Visit our missions page for more information on all of our world outreaches.

How can I come to know Christ?

We have set up a special page for anyone that feels Jesus knocking at the door of their heart right now.  Please accept an invitation to be cleansed of your sin and guilt, and to meet our Saviour face to face.  You don't have to come to our church to be saved, but you do have to come to Jesus by the way of the cross.  Click here to find out how.
